The Outcome
The model was based on the design adopted by Brazil, and to this day, the more than 92,000 man-hours invested have enabled:
- Planning and scheduling production, inventory management, and optimization of production costs, which improved the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes.
- Centralizing and recording the entire production, sales, and export circuit since the factory startup.
- Managing collections, payments, and dealer invoices comprehensively.
- Adapting system functionalities for new businesses, such as those arising from the acquisition of Precision Planting.
- Accessing real-time information from different sectors, enabling the detection of process improvement opportunities and providing better tools and services.
