Nutrien

The Need

Nutrien, the largest supplier of inputs and services for crops in the region, conducted an internal assessment within the IT area and identified that the security model of its ERP needed to be reviewed.

The key goal was to assess how security was defined within the system and to standardize user access levels. The challenge involved facilities in Chile, Uruguay and Argentina.

The Solution

Our task was to enhance ERP security and standardize sensitive processes for user management. We also developed a comprehensive maintenance plan with clear goals. This process integrated security into the company’s strategic mindset.

We conducted a thorough security review of their JD Edwards E1 9.2 ERP to assess the current LAS security model, define the desired future model, and specify the appropriate strategies. This involved reviewing security documentation, evaluating the measures implemented in the system, and generating a set of recommendations.

Technology Used

We conducted a security review of their JD Edwards E1 ERP 9.2. This involved determining the current LAS security model, defining the desired future model, and specifying appropriate strategies.

The Benefit
