Our customer planned its daily logistics operations manually, using Excel to process orders, complete missing data, and define routes based on the available fleet. This process was complex and demanding, with multiple operational constraints—such as proper tanker loading, truck stability, prevention of fuel mixing, and route efficiency—that were difficult to manage manually.

The solution integrates orders, intelligently completes missing data, optimizes tanker loading, enforces all business rules, and automatically generates daily routes, while also streamlining delivery note issuance.
Thanks to the solution developed with TGV, our customer was able to automate logistics planning, reduce lead times, and eliminate manual errors.
In addition, it optimized fleet utilization, improved route efficiency, standardized operations, and laid the groundwork to scale toward an even more advanced AI-driven solution.
